Hi Friend!
A big thank you to all of you who are showing up to my webinar, “Life Context Living.” I am so excited to see you inside and work through helping you define a way of living that feels good on a soul level. And maybe you’re thinking, “what does that even mean?” I get it.
Over the past several years, life has dealt me some difficult cards. Cards that I felt were unfair and I let them take my joy from me without even realizing it. In the same vein, I used to do this with my job too. I would let everything I didn’t like about it be the reason I was miserable. I had a very “If this were just fixed, then I could be happy” mentality. And guess where that left me? Nowhere new. Well, my circumstances are honestly a lot the same as they were a few years ago. The card I was dealt that felt impossible to overcome still exists. The job, although I’m grateful for it, is still not my dream job. So, what gives? Defining my life context.
I made a decision not just to ViEw ThiNgs DifFerEntLy and pretend like my life is perfect. I didn’t put this sugar coating over my very real circumstances to just glaze over them. I faced them head on and I made a decision.
I decided that joy was more important to me than my circumstances. I decided peace was more important than trying to “fix” everything that felt off in my life and I made joy and peace my guide posts for every decision I made (and make).
Someone annoyed me at work? Cool – what would bring me more peace? Was it getting enraged and sending a snarky email? OR was it responding calmly and letting it roll off my shoulder? The second one, every single time.
I began to seek out joy. It’s partially why I have all those comedy videos in wigs. I wanted to make sure I was laughing every day; not as another “task on my to-do list” but because it felt good to me and I needed more moments in life to feel good.
So, when I talk about this webinar, I mean it when I say that it can truly change the way you show up in your life. I created a formula to help you redefine those parts in your life that don’t feel so stellar.
Because, I believe that when we can make small shifts, we can change our personal world for the better, and when we do that we raise the vibe for everyone around us. It’s a ripple effect. You might think that you are one small person but I promise you, changing just a few things can change everything and everyone around you.
So, are you in? Because, I would love to see you step into your power again and feel like your light is brighter and your vibe is higher.
With so much love,
Mary
