And I am so happy you've found my little corner of the internet!

I am a lover of 90's rom-coms, a finder of the funny (in most situations), and I am deeply interested in all of us living our most authentic lives possible. 

When I dreamed up what this space would look like, it started with the idea of a blog and sharing my personal experiencess with you. While I'm very excited to do just that, I will also be sharing about Human Design and offering readings. You can learn more about that on my services page. 

I have a background in sketch comedy and I am a personal development nerd. Two things that don't seem like they go together, but I promise you they do. We can't dive deep into personal development and authenticity without some deep-seated joy and that's where the sketch comedy comes in. 

You can expect a fair amount of dry jokes here, something to laugh about, and new ideas and perspectives to explore. 

So, if you're looking for new ways to show up authentically in your life without it all feeling so serious, dry, and boring, then I'm your girl.
